Out of Action

Unfortunately the boat is laid up at the moment due to a serious overheat. Sadly the Volvo Kad42's don't have an audible temperature alarm (just a light on the dashboard) so the first I knew of the problem was when the engine slowed and shortly after smoke and steam were seeping through the engine hatches. Why don't any engineers work at weekends - when everyone is out on their boats? My problem occurred on Saturday morning and I had to wait until Monday before I could do anything about it.
