Terms and Conditions

Prints and digital files will normally be dispatched to you within 24 hours from receipt of order.

Due to the wide variation in computer monitors, there may be some differences between the colours you see on your screen, and the printed images.

There may be some discrepancy in the size of the printed Image, as this is dependant on the size of the original. If the variation is significant we will advise you before processing the order.

With the exception of photographs of charter yachts, all images are sold inclusive of copyright. You may use the photos for any purpose.

If you prefer to order goods by post, please complete the on-line order form without entering Credit Card details. Simply print the order off, and send it to us with a cheque made out to "Hadley Asset Management Ltd" for the full amount of the order to:

If you are not happy with your prints for any reason, please do email us with details of the problem. Returns must only be made with a valid returns number. Refunds are made at the discretion of the management.

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights, and shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
